
MOZARELLA ROLL WITH ARTICHOKE AND OLIVE PASTE (CREMA DI CARCIOFOLIVA) :
TIME: 15 MN SERVES : 6 PERS.
*Lay the sheet of mozarella (weight 500g) on washable surface, spreed a little extravergine oil (sapori&sappori).
* turn over the mozarella.
*spreed half jar of PASTE ARTICHOKE AND OLIVE "crema di caciofoliva" (sapori&sapori) on sheet of mozarella.
*add 2 soup spoons of OLIVE SNOCCIOLATE SOTT'OLIO "halo olives under oil"(sapori&sapori),
place the olives like tiles on a chess board.
*lay on top 200g of thin sliced ham in a way to cover all the surface of the sheet of mozarella.
* roll the sheet, then place it on a plate and cover it.
* put it in the fridge for 12 hours.
advice : you should take it out of the fridge at least 2 hours before eating and as a side dish fresh vegetables or salad. |
