Trenette with shrimp and artichoke and olive sauce :
TEMP : 30mn serves : 2 people
* in a pan sauté un garlic clove with one spoon of extravergine olive oil (sapori&sapori), put 100g of unpeeled shrimpand cook for 2 minutes.
*Then add 1/4 a glass of cognac and blaze them for a minute, add 3 spoons of artichoke and olive sauce (sapori&sapori).
* prepare your trenette pasta (sapori&sapori) in salty water, then drain.
*Add pasta to sauce.
